Parents Disown Baby Girl

Two babies were born in Chennai Hospital around the same time. One was a girl and was a boy. They were mixed up and the girls parents got the boy. When they found out this happened, they refused to take their baby girl back. The parents are considering giving the baby up for adoption. What do you guys think of this situation? I am guessing that they have the same job and obviously the woman is getting payed less. It looks like the man is trying to negotiate a problem but she is not agreeing with him. Baby Girl Abandoned

Hello, this is my new blog. This blog is going to be about Gender Bias Issues. If you don't know what gender bias is, it is when there is a dislike of on gender. In other words, it is sexism. It is sort of like racism but with genders. I think this is a very important issue that goes on all the time. No one really takes this issue seriously. Gender bias is not cool! Afghan Man Strangles Wife

According to Newser article, an Afghan man strangles his wife for having a girl. They had two sons together but when he found out his third child was a girl, he strangled his wife. The news article states " The 28-year-old victim was killed in her home in the northern province of Kunduz by her husband and his mother just three months after the woman had the baby, reports the Guardian." What are your feelings on this topic? Do you think this man was just thinking wrong at the moment or is really sexist?
